How to Opt In

Customers may opt in to receive SMS notifications by logging into their brand-specific self-service billing portal:

Once logged in, navigate to SMS Notifications, enter your mobile phone number, select the alert types you wish to receive, and save your preferences. No SMS messages will be sent until this process is completed.

Types of Messages

Customers may receive the following message types based on their selected preferences:

Account Alerts

Billing reminders and payment confirmations

Service outage notifications and restoration updates

Scheduled maintenance notices

Verification and two-factor authentication codes (transactional — sent only when you initiate a login verification request)

Consent Disclosure

By enabling SMS notifications in your account portal, you consent to receive automated text messages from Bertram Communications LLC, including account alerts, billing reminders, service notifications, and verification codes.Message frequency varies based on account activity and selected alert types. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message at any time, or disable SMS notifications in your portal settings.
